If possible, check other emails you use as the email may have been forwarded to one of them. If you are certain the email address that the registration email was sent to is incorrect or inaccessible to you, please contact the OIT Help Desk at help@oit.duke.edu or 919-684-2200.

You should also contact DAA Support at help@daa.duke.edu to have your email and other contact information updated.
