If no mail is being forward from your alumni e-mail to your primary e-mail account, please contact help@daa.duke.edu.
If you are receiving some mail sent to your alumni e-mail but not all, please contact the Duke OIT help desk at help@oit.duke.edu or 919-684-2200.
Please keep in mind that if you test your lifetime email address, do so from an account other than your destination email address. Some providers (like Gmail) recognize that you are sending an email to yourself and will send it into cyberspace.
