My alumni e-mail account is not forwarding to my primary e-mail

If no mail is being forward from your alumni e-mail to your primary e-mail account, please contact [email protected].

If you are receiving some mail sent to your alumni e-mail but not all, please contact the Duke OIT help desk at [email protected] or 919-684-2200.

Please keep in mind that if you test your lifetime email address, do so from an account other than your destination email address. Some providers (like Gmail) recognize that you are sending an email to yourself and will send it into cyberspace.
